Hand-Painted Polish Pottery
The Bunslau area of Poland is known for its tradition of
ceramics. This utilitarian stoneware is painted by highly skilled artists
using hand-made stamps.
All of this pottery is suitable for oven and micowave use.
It is extremely hardy due to careful choice of white clay and high baking
temperatures (1230 celsius). The sub-glaze decorations are made with paint
free of lead and other radioactive elements. This pottery is safe to use
in your dishwasher. The colours will not fade, even after years of use.
I carry the full range of pottery, including plates, bowls,
mugs, cups, saucers, teapot and coffeepot sets, jugs, butter dishes, casserole
dishes and many more items.
There are lots of different patterns available - some in
more traditional styles and others are designed to suit a more modern
setting.
